OUR STORY

The River Pavilion was born from a deep love for this land and the stories it holds. For over 40 years, our Noah's family has called this stretch of the Arkansas River home. Noah’s Ark began in the early 1980s as a humble rafting and backpacking outfitter—and quickly became a place where lives were shaped through experience and connection. From the start, we’ve been adventuring together at the confluence of connection, integrity, and fun.

As the years passed, we began to dream about how this sacred space could serve people in a new way. With the same heart that’s guided our work outdoors, we created The River Pavilion—a gathering place for beginnings, commitments, and celebration. Because our summers are dedicated to rafting and backpacking adventures, we offer weddings and events only in the spring and fall—when the setting offers a place to gather and room to celebrate

Set against the Collegiate Peaks and nestled among cottonwoods along the river’s edge, The River Pavilion blends rustic beauty with thoughtful design. Whether you’re saying your vows beside the water or dancing under the mountain sky, we hope you feel what so many have felt here over the years: peace, joy, and something timeless.
